IDENBRID INC. (Pakistan) ("IDENBRID", "we", "us") provides subscription-based SaaS products including Mediaar (Clinic Management System) and Air Register (Inventory Management System). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use and protect the information of our subscribers and their users across all of our SaaS products. • Account information — business name, contact person, email address, phone number and billing address provided during sign-up and onboarding.
• Business data — information you enter into the product, such as patient records, appointments and invoices (Mediaar) or products, stock, suppliers and sales (Air Register).
• Payment information — subscription and billing details. Card data is processed by our payment gateway partner and is not stored on our servers.
• Usage data — log data, device information and activity within the application, collected automatically to secure and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, maintain and support the subscribed service.
• To process subscription payments and send billing notices.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions and regular backups. We retain business data for the duration of your subscription and delete or anonymize it on request after account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the product (for example, hosting and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
